Processing Time

During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Kior Koutureee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an address error is discovered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Kior Koutureee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available in select locations. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.

Kior Koutureee is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
