Kior Koutureee Return & Refund Policy

At Kior Koutureee, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, all hair products, wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, and beauty products are final sale and cannot be returned if they have been opened, worn, installed, altered, brushed, washed, or tampered with in any way.

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:

The item is in its original packaging.
The item has not been opened, worn, or altered.
The security seal (if applicable) remains intact.
The item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

Incorrect items sent by Kior Koutureee.
Items damaged during shipping (proof required).
Approved returns that meet the conditions above.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
